We recommend that you are aware of your insurance coverage and specific benefits, limitations and financial responsibilities. With thousands of insurance companies and benefit plans, we are unable to know the details of each individual plan. We attempt to provide care within your insurance benefit allowances, however; our primary concern is to recommend the medically appropriate care for you and your family.

As a courtesy to our patients, we will bill your insurance upon receipt of a current insurance card. To assure maximum benefits, please bring your insurance card to every visit. Often, important numbers change, so inform us if you receive a new card, and whether it is from a new company or the same one.

Co-pays and co-insurance payments are due at the time of service. This is an agreement between you and your insurance company. We accept cash, personal checks, and most major credit cards for co-pays and account payments.

If you are without insurance and would like to pay for your visit the same day, we offer a time of service discount. Please check with your provider. If you have questions about any of our financial policies please contact our billing department.
