Dr. Jessica Budjac is committed to providing effective quality care for the whole body. She utilizes a variety of styles to promote a stable and functional body through all phases of healing. She believes each patient should be evaluated on an individual basis and personalizes treatment to accommodate distinct needs. Dr. Jessica strives to educate and empower each individual to take an active role in their care.
As a certified Chiropractic Sports Physician® (CCSP®), Dr Jessica is rendered proficient in the prevention and treatment of athletic injuries having enhanced her diagnostic skills and patient care with postgraduate coursework. Dr. Jessica has also broadened her knowledge and skill set with advanced education in techniques such as Webster, Craniosacral Therapy, Barral Visceral Manipulation, Activator, Graston Instrumented Assisted, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, and other movement-based systems. As such, Dr. Jessica has a passion for and is excited to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds – from athletes and pregnant mamas to elders and children.
Dr. Jessica received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Portland’s own University of Western States. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Kinesiology – Exercise Science from the University of Minnesota. Before bringing her Midwestern roots to Portland, Dr. Jessica spent a handful of years living abroad teaching scuba diving and working as an underwater videographer. In her free time, you can find Dr. Jessica climbing rocks, practicing yoga or exploring the backwoods. She teaches Hatha/Vinyasa yoga and enjoys travel, reading and records.
